By accessing or using TradeIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not Financial Advice

TradeIntel provides market data, analysis, and intelligence for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. TradeIntel is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, TradeIntel makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Data is sourced from third-party providers (FRED, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, EIA, NOAA, IMF, SEC EDGAR, and others) and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks, options, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. Paper Trading

TradeIntel includes paper trading (simulated trading) features. Paper trading results do not reflect actual trading and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results with real money. Simulated results may differ significantly from actual trading due to slippage, commissions, market impact, and other factors.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Subscription and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TradeIntel are owned by TradeIntel and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TradeIntel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
